Here's a closer look at the leaders who shape our strategy and culture:
Claire Limon
Managing Director
Claire joined 2plan in April 2024 from her role in The Openwork Partnership as Partnership Director. Claire joined The Openwork Partnership in 2017 following over 30 years of senior financial services experience with brands that include Lloyds TSB and Countrywide. Claire is responsible for the strategic development of 2plan and the growth of the business, leading the management team, and the overall profile and brand of the company.
Nick Hewitt
Finance Director
Nick is responsible for the finance and legal functions with the company and has been with 2plan since its inception in 2006. Nick oversees adviser fee payments, finance and statutory reporting, legal and human resources.
Jo Rigby
Head of Proposition
Jo joined 2plan in August 2024 having spent over 12 years in a large IFA network which has provided her with extensive experience across technical, product governance, compliance and provider engagement. Her role will support advisers with the development of a whole of market proposition across all relevant advice areas.
Craig Woodhouse
IT Director
Craig joined 2plan in January 2026, having held senior technology and transformation roles across mortgage and wealth networks, including three years at Openwork. Craig leads technology strategy at 2plan, focused on creating reliable, intuitive platforms that reduce friction and administration for advisers and colleagues, enabling them to spend more time on value adding work for clients.
David Carrick
Distribution Director
David has spent his entire career in financial services, working as a Financial Adviser across both Restricted and Independent models. He moved into management 26 years ago and has since held senior roles at Legal & General, Westfield Health, and St. James’s Place before joining 2plan.
Craig Goold
Operations Director
Craig joined 2plan in February 2026, bringing extensive experience from senior Operational roles across Financial Services, including Head of Strategy and Innovation at Starling Bank, Director of Operations at Skipton Building Society and Chairman of Skipton Business Finance, prior to that working within Europe and Australia in various roles for GE Capital Finance. He leads 2plan’s Operations teams with a focus on creating seamless adviser and client experiences through great technology, accessible data and a strong, people centred culture.
